Habikino City, located in the southeastern part of Osaka Prefecture in the Kawachi Plain, is blessed with rich nature and historical sites.

Garyu Yakiniku Sozaemon
The specialty is sukiyaki made with thinly sliced sirloin lightly roasted over charcoal and served with "dragon egg," an egg produced in Oita Prefecture with a very rich yolk. The grilled tail, which is rarely seen in other restaurants, is eaten uncut by biting directly into the meat. The more you chew, the more satisfying the texture is.
