About Habikino

Habikino City, located in the southeastern part of Osaka Prefecture in the Kawachi Plain, is blessed with rich nature and historical sites.
It takes about 45 minutes to get to Habikino by train from central Osaka, and from the Tennoji area, the fastest route is just 16 minutes by express train.

The fertile land is also famous for fruit cultivation,
particularly Osaka Wine, a specialty product made from grapes harvested in Habikino.
This is a gem that can only be tasted here.

The area has also been home to a thriving meat industry for over 140 years, making it a place where you can enjoy fresh, high-quality Wagyu beef and meat that meets the safety standards for raw consumption.

Their signature "marushin" (eye of knuckle) is the core of a rare part of the thigh meat called the knuckle. It is called "marushin" because of its round shape (maru means round in Japanese). The meat is soft and tender, with a simple yet rich flavor. It can be eaten after lightly browning the surface.

The specialty is "yakishabu," thinly sliced top belly meat, lightly roasted over charcoal and served lightly with ponzu (Japanese citrus and vinegar) and grated daikon. The flavor is so rich and addictive that you’ll find yourself eating slice after slice!
Another specialty is omasum, a type of offal meant for raw consumption. It's fresh, high-quality, odor-free, and served with a special sauce and lemon juice. This is also sure to become an addiction!

The specialty is sukiyaki made with thinly sliced sirloin lightly roasted over charcoal and served with "dragon egg," an egg produced in Oita Prefecture with a very rich yolk. The grilled tail, which is rarely seen in other restaurants, is eaten uncut by biting directly into the meat. The more you chew, the more satisfying the texture is. Finishing off the meal with a special offal hotpot cooked over charcoal, the restaurant provides a very satisfying dining experience.

    Born in 1991 in Osaka. He is dedicated to serving the finest and most delicious Wagyu beef, carefully selected to complement the menu. The yakiniku restaurant he manages is one of the few establishments licensed to serve raw meat. It is highly popular among raw meat lovers for its safe and delicious Yukhoe and beef sashimi. The Osaka style hospitality attracts a large number of repeat customers and has made the restaurant extremely popular!

As the fourth generation to take over the company, he is sensitive to the needs of his customers, and strives to the spread the appeal of Kawachi wines through branding to expand the brewery's range.
