Sairinji Temple 2

It was built by the Kawachi no Fumiuji clan who came from abroad. An ancient temple that still holds the light of the Buddha

Kawachi no Fumiuji was a person who was said to have been in charge of writing, recording, and diplomacy under the royal authority. In the present precincts, a huge foundation stone that supported the central pillar of the pagoda remains, and a Shibi decorated with wonderful reliefs has been excavated. This Shibi is designated as a cultural property designated by the city and is displayed in the history museum in the Ryonan no Mori public hall.
